On June 11, Jin Xuekun, General Manager of Jinbo Biotechnology, paid a visit to Nantong Guke New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., where he engaged in an in-depth exchange of views with Guke New Materials’ R&D team on topics including the development of the medical aesthetics industry and the application prospects of CaHA (calcium hydroxyapatite) in this field. 
Jin Xuekun has spent many years deeply engaged in the medical aesthetics and biomaterials industries. He previously served as CEO of Bloomage Biotech and, since 2021, has held the position of General Manager at Jinbo Biotech, a leading company in recombinant collagen, where he has spearheaded the firm’s core business segments, including medical aesthetics. This visit represents a close‑up assessment of technological advancements and the supply dynamics on the upstream CaHA raw‑material side. 
Nantong Guke New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise under Mailun Medical, specializing in the R&D and production of biomedical materials. Located in the Qidong Life and Health Science Park, the company’s team has long been engaged in the development of implantable medical devices and the application research of materials such as hydroxyapatite bioceramics, while maintaining industry–university–research collaborations with institutions including Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Donghua University. The company’s product portfolio spans multiple areas, including injectable hydroxyapatite microspheres (CaHA), bone defect repair materials, artificial joint coatings, and raw materials for the dental and cosmetic industries. Notably, its hydroxyapatite products for bone regeneration have completed registration in the master file for medical device raw materials. 
During the discussion, both parties exchanged views on topics such as material manufacturing processes, clinical value, and regulatory pathways, drawing on the progress of CaHA—used as a regenerative filler—in applications like facial rejuvenation and soft-tissue augmentation. As the medical‑aesthetic regenerative‑materials market continues to gain momentum, this round of collaboration between upstream raw-material suppliers and downstream brand manufacturers is seen as a positive signal that the industry is accelerating both material innovation and its industrial implementation.
